This program is designed to encourage former soldiers, airmen, marines
and sailors to bring their experience back into the military.
The guard can sign you up, as long as you will be less than 20 years
at 60 years old.
This means (basicaly) if you have 10 years prior
service, you can join the National Guard at about 48 years old.
